The gallery showcases fine art works by expressive oil painter, Cooper Lanza, and is located at 1415 13th Street in the historic Fairhaven district of beautiful Bellingham, WA.

We are surrounded by stories. We are ourselves stories. Cooper Lanza's stylized portraits capture these stories through expressive oil paintings that leave the viewer with a sense of curiosity. We want to know the rest of the story. Cooper is a Master of Fine Art who has been painting and drawing for over 50 years. She earned her MFA from the Academy of Art University in 2016. Cooper worked in Seattle as a Decorative Finisher and Scenic Artist before pursuing her MFA. She now owns and operates a gallery and school of fine art in Bellingham, WA. Cooper Lanza Gallery showcases fine art works by regional and international artists. The fine art school offers classes to beginners and advanced students in classical technique and expressive painting. Cooper facilitates weekly Life Drawing and Long Pose sessions in the gallery with a live model.
