Horrible service never answers the phone. Doctor lets Kaiser Permanente diagnose their patients from Seattle over the phone without any physical exam and then provides the treatment plan for the patient. It was determined by Kaiser Permanente that because I was injured as a child that I have memory pain. After several injuries, a car accident, and 30 years of therapies I just cannot believe how my rights have been violated. No longer listens to the patient or review patient history to be better informed. I have been sick for over a year because of receiving the wrong medicine. All medicines are not the same! I had to color one star but I did not want to color any. I am looking for a new doctor outside of Kaiser Permanente' s control. With the insurance company left to diagnose patients they control what help you get. How do you fight the establishment? Wake up America we are not free anymore.
