I am selling my 2001 Rampage 30 express. My broker is Rick Hoffman, he contacted you to do a survey for a buyer (Jeff Funderburk). We scheduled and performed the survey on Monday November 18th. When we finished you stated that you would provide the survey by “the end of the week”. I assumed that to be Friday (22). Friday came and went with no survey so Rick contacted you. You assured him that it would be done by Sunday (24). Again, Sunday came and went with no survey. Since then there have been literally hundreds of attempts to contact you with zero replies!!!! Jeff also found out that you had definitely cashed the check that he gave you. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable!! All I can say is WTF!!!!!! I have a buyer wanting to close the deal and your negligence might cost me the sale of my boat. I will give you to the end of the day to provide the complete survey to your client Jeff Funderburk. After that I will begin a relentless campaign to put this truthful story out on every social media outlet, boat buy & sell groups, fishing groups that I am or will become a member of. I am also considering contacting all brokers in the area to let them know about this situation. If this does end up costing the sale of the boat, I may consider contacting an attorney seeking financial damages!! I hope that you will do the responsible thing and fulfill your commitments.
