Yes I had Max and Mark from Renaissance Computer Services come over pick up by computer and then fixed it and was very nice about it. I had a really good feeling about dealing with them and I told that if I had any future problems, I would go ahead and contact Renaissance Computer Services 1st. I was impressed.
