I currently have BIT Bonfire Internet and they recently made some changes to their service. What internet does everyone use or would recommend to switch to? I've called several places but all have said my son won't be able to play his online games anymore with their service. Please HELP And NEVER TRUST BUGGS ISLAND!

Does anybody work for Comcast? I need the (non 1-800) phone number to the service center located on 3800 Klose Way suite. J in San Pablo, CA. I want to make a complaint to their installation tech supervisor. I've been on hold with this company for 3 hours getting bounced around the country and nobody can help me. I think only an employee of Comcast can provide me with a direct phone number. Thanks.
