The gentlemen who worked on our roof were professional and skilled. It was a pleasure to work with them. Our roof is beautiful. John Nix was very helpful in helping us choose our material and scheduling the work.

Roofers were efficient and hard working. I have a tall, complicated roof and they did an excellent job. I also appreciated Western Roofers office and supervisory staff. I certainly recommend them.

The guys doing the work were great, it was the communication with John Mix before hand. The job was supposed to start in June. It kept getting pushed back, then there would be no communication. Example, "We'll be there next week." Then we would hear nothing all week. End of August, at 4:00 in the afternoon I received a text that they were coming the next day. Very frustrating. Also, the way John talked with husband or son was respectful. Then, when I questioned the same thing it was as if he had no idea what I was talking about. I didn't appreciate that either.
