The Aikido Peace Education Center offers classes taught by head instructor Rob Staveland, who began with Aikido in 1978. Rob teaches a gentle practice, emphasizing principles not reliant on size, strength, age, or gender – those that can be accessed by almost anyone. Stop by and observe a class!
