Alan replaced a window pane in my living room. When winter came, I noticed the window was leaking. After repeated voicemails and texts, Alan came back and put a silicone caulking bead around the pane. This did nothing to fix the leak. I'm now having to hire someone to replace the window. It is the wrong size, thickness, butyl tape is too thin. I have ice on the inside of my window, costing me $$$ in heating costs. A friend of mine had a very bad experience with his workmanship as well. Very disappointed. Was a costly mistake hiring Action Glass. :(((
