Very disappointed, Jeff sold us a furnace for our house. The Furnace motherboard failed in the first year. Even though it was covered under warranty it cost us $700 in labor. Around the same time we picked out a floor model propane fireplace, with install and hooking up our generator to propane. Somehow that one disappeared, so we picked out another one. He had to order parts for install, waited a month called him and he was still waiting for parts, called him a month later and he was too busy. I am still waiting to hear from him 8 months later. good thing I never put the money upfront. I would never use him again.
